Shipping Policy

Thanks for supporting RESPAWN. Here's how we get your order to you.

Order processing
Most RESPAWN items are made or packed to order. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships.

Production & shipping times (US)
- Apparel & accessories (made to order): 2–5 business days production + 3–7 business days shipping.
- Supplements & drinkware: 2–4 business days to pack + 3–6 business days shipping.
- Gaming & tech: 1–3 business days to process + 4–8 business days shipping.

Because items may ship from different facilities, a single order can arrive in more than one package — that's normal, and you won't be charged extra.

Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your cart and destination. Free standard shipping on US orders over $75.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, email us and we'll look into it.

Lost or stuck packages
If a package is marked delivered but you can't find it, check with your household and neighbors first, then contact us within 7 days — we'll help track it down or make it right.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email a photo to support@shoprespawn.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund — no return needed for damaged goods.

Returns & exchanges
Apparel is made to order, so we don't accept returns for sizing or change-of-mind — please check the size guide before ordering. We're happy to help with exchanges on unworn, unwashed items at our discretion. Supplements are final sale once opened, for safety reasons; unopened supplements can be returned within 14 days.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
